I am an agent for residential rental properties and commercial rental properties. We have apartments and houses for rent every day! Please check this site often as our inventory changes daily. I will update it as often as humanly possible, so please forgive me if you inquire about a property and it is already rented.

All our rentals require a quick application form and $20 for a credit check. If you have a recent (within the last month) credit report that qualifies, we can accept that. Every apartment or house requires a deposit up front equal to one month's rent and a signed one year lease. Our rental properties are inspected and granted a rental permit by the city which states the maximum occupancy rate. All are nice properties.
